The long overdue road repairs at the California Culvert junction, located 4.5 miles down Ellis Road have been completed. The repairs were designed to have minimal impact on the environment, while significantly improving the journey to the Mokelumne River Recreation Area. No longer are there steal grids over what was a very bad section of road, generally very muddy, replaced by a concave road surface that allows water to flow above ground. Thank you for your patience.
